Je Mech Engineers was incepted in 1986 with manufacturing of Re-Processed Plastic Granules of HDPE LDPE PP & LLDPE. Added with Job Work of Heavy Lumps, HDPE Pipes etc for Cutting, Shredding, Grinding in the later years and also deals in Industrial knives for the Plastic Industry. We are also into manufacturing of Pet Preforms & Bottles
Established in 1986 with the main intension of Recycling of Plastic & Engineering. Started the Production of Plastic Granules in the year 1991 Initially we were in the process of making Lumps and then Granules which was a two stage process. But gradually as the time passed started to innovate the process cycle in single stage Granules making.
Along with making Re-Processed Plastic Granules also started crushing of Plastic Drums, Carboys & HDPE Pipe.
Now with the change of time we started to process Heavy Pipes & Lumps by installing Heavy Cutters & Grinders for cutting & Grinding of the same as we think that every process should be covered under the same roof as it will reduce competition and also will save a lot of time & Money.
Now it started to get a bit competitive as the required manpower to run the industry was not sufficient and the skilled manpower were not available as required we started to feel for need of modern machinery which can give more Production with same Manpower & Power consumption. Thus we upgraded the manufacturing Process by new Recycling Plant, New Shredding technology, Converyor systems, Lifts and much more.
As in 2019 the talks of Plastic Banned increased we started to think for the future of our industry and also the future of our Employees and then decided to start some new products which would be manufactured from fresh material (Virgin) and finalized that we would go for the manufacturing of PET Preforms. The production for the same will start by Mid August 2020. Upcoming Production of Large Size Polythene Linear Bags & Tarpoulins by the year 2021
